Minimum Requirements:

  • Have Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Banking / Marketing / Management
  • Have experience in Banking / Insurance at least 2-5 years
  • Have excellent relationship and sale skill
  • Problem solving skill
  • Must fluent in English
  • Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual strategic business plan and KPI according to bank and Sovannaphum targets
  • Plan and execute referral and APE strategies by influencing with referral insurance officers, front line staffs of the bank and IA of Sovannaphum Life Assurance (SVL) company
  • Work closely with Sovannaphum Life Assurance Company to identify life insurance needs of product opportunities to fulfill customer’s requirements
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to set up KPI to their individual divisions and branches and make sure that the KPI is achieved
  • Conduct branch site visits to study business environment, and discuss business plans/strategies as well as performance result with all relevant business units to drive the business
  • Cooperation with relevant divisions as well as SVL to settle the customer complaint/claims and other challenges on time with effectiveness
  • Closely collaborate with team of SVL company to conduct training programs for own staff and branch staff on product selling and soft skills to increase productivity of the staff
  • Lead team to prepare and update policy and procedures of Bancassurance division
  • Publish and report about weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly performance results
  • Other duties as assigned by division head.
