Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in major of marketing, business administration or equivalent in related field
  • At least 1 or 2 years working experiences in sale or corporate department (Bank or MFI industry is more advantages)
  • Very good knowledge of speaking and writing English, Khmer and Chinese is a plus
  • Be able to travel around Phnom Penh and Provinces
  • Proactive, friendly (humble), open minded, smart working, active people, self-discipline
  • Be able to work independently, under pressure, as a team

  • Develop new loans with prospective clients, as well as retain existing business, and promote additional bank products and services to current and new clients
  • Manage assigned loan portfolio in conformance with the Credit Policy and Procedure
  • Compiles and analyzes data for loan proposal and requests
  • Evaluate financial and organizational structure, and other matters on which the company may have information
  • Enthusiastically participate in and support all bank sales and marketing programs intended to build customer base and enhance customer retention
  • Interviews customers/prospects to develop information concerning their business need, financial condition and performance to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk
  • Outlines loan terms and conditions, and informs the borrowers of loan commitments
  • Make recommendations to Head Corporate Relationship regarding terms and conditions of loan packages
  • Provides reports on the status of loans in process. Prepares loan renewals and report on possible loan delinquencies, as well as follow-up for all required information per the loan covenants
  • Handles customer complaints

  • Cooperate effectively with other departments, branches, especially a loan product department, credit department and operations departments
  • Perform tasks as assigned by Head Corporate Relationship
  • Be pro-active and lead sale activity in team to grow corporate portfolio and meet senior management expectation.
