Minimum Requirements:

  • Hold Bachelor Degree or pursuing year 4th Semester 2 in English, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Must have good command in both spoken and written English, Khmer and Chinese is a must
  • Pleasant and friendly personality
  • Past relevant working experience will be an advantage, but fresh from university are also welcome
  • Willing to work under pressure and over time
  • Height 1.60cm up is a must
  • Regional applications are preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior and consistent advice and service to customer either by telephone and face-to-face with the following protocol at all times: Greet, Smile, Thank You & Personalize
  • Warmly greeter, derive great productivity, deliver fast efficient and satisfied services to VIP’s customer
  • Perform operational daily transactions, Ensures with all input transactions into the T24 system by promptly and accurately and must strictly comply with bank policies & procedures
  • Cross-selling among the CNB group’s services and products by evaluating, introducing and directing customers to make sure that all the requested are successfully
  • Approaching new and old customers to enhance the business relationship
  • Contribute to the achievement of the bank objectives and department goals
  • Strictly comply with instructions relating to security and confidentiality
  • Work as a team with other staff to provide excellent customer services skills to VIP’s customer
  • Complete other task as assigned by Senior/ Supervisor/ Department Head.
