  • Develop new loans with prospective clients, as well as retain existing business, additional bank products and services to current and new clients.
  • Manage assigned loan portfolio in conformance with the credit policy and procedure.
  • Compiles and analyzes data for loan proposal and requests.
  • Evaluate financial and organizational structure, and other matters on which the company may have information.
  • Understand about fundamental price and location of collateral and other property.
  • Enthusiastically participate in and support all I bank sales and marketing programs intended to build customer base and enhance customer retention.
  • Interviews customer/ prospects to develop information concerning their business need, financial condition and performance to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk.
  • Outlines loan terms and conditions, and informs the borrows of loan commitments.
  • Make recommendations to Head, Strategic Corporate Loan Portfolio Department regarding terms and conditions of loan packages.
  • Provides report on the status of loans in process. Prepare loan renewals and report on possible loan delinquencies, as well as follow up for all required information per the loans covenants.
  • Handles customer complains, consultation and solution.
  • Cooperate effectively with other department, branches, eps a loan product department, credit department and operation department.
  • Do the administrative departments work.
  • Do weekly and monthly loan report and understanding about loan system (T-24).
  • Other tasks assign by Direct Manager.


  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administrative is required.
  • Good in speaking, reading, writing, English, Chinese and fluent in Khmer are necessarily required.
  • Computer literacy i.e Khmer and English typing MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • At least 1year working experience in a Financial Institution, Accounting or related field.
  • Ability to read, interpret and analyze data and statistics and knowledge of government regulations.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and rations.
  • Detailed, decisive and analytical.
  • Good at Administrative skills.
  • Willing to work under pressure and overtime.
