DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for acquiring, supervising and managing all servers and data centre enhancement and solutions.
- Maintain all VMware system, oracle to make sure it's healthy and also support new setup and update with related teams.
- Maintain and support on digital management system, phone system and call centre.
- Maintain and supporting email system, email gateway and domain controller to ensure it's healthy and meet security standard.
- Maintain all servers and ensure it hardening properly and involving in updating and upgrading.
- Checking and supporting new server request from other teams.
- Supporting IT server and data centre manager in establishing additional IT standards and policies to supplement server process and policy to ensure efficient and fair standard practices.
- Supporting IT server and data centre in developing IT server and data centre plan to ensure on-time delivery of IT supporting and solutions.
- Managing subordinate staffs in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Providing support for any project reporting to management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge with Windows server & open source (Redhat, Ubuntu).
- Knowledge with PBX system and Microsoft outlook setup.
- Basic network TCP/IP configuration.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English and Khmer).
- Strong people skills;
- Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
