POSITION DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for drafting, filing, and reviewing guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures owned by the Policy and Operations Control Department.



DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Be at the center of handling business process design and improvement.
  • Draft guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures as required or requested by stakeholders.
  • Work with the supervisor and business unit to issue guidelines related to bank campaigns and promotions.
  • Review and make suggestions to improve the bank's operational processes and procedures.
  • Ensure guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures are in place and comply with regulators.
  • Ensure guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures are reviewed and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that any changes made to the process, policy, or procedure are communicated and rolled out.
  • Take prompt action with the supervisor to follow up on pending operational policies and procedures from departments, business units, and branches.
  • Support customer experience insights and reporting to senior management.
  • Being the central custodian of operational guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Review and update the power to sign the bank.
  • Ensure documents uploaded to the intranet are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Respond to all inquiries from branches and other departments regarding operational processes and procedures issued by their own department.
  • Sharing, briefing, and training on all processes and procedures with relevant staff.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the head of department, manager, or supervisor.

QUALIFICATION

  • At least a bachelor's degree in banking and finance and/or something related.
  • At least experience with banking as a front-line operation.
  • Able to communicate and have interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Good in English (written is required).
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
