DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop and generate sales opportunities by onboard new potential customer and also expansion of existing customer both corporate and individual customer to achieve department target;
  • Promote and work closely to understand more on the bank product with IT, Credit, Corporate, SME and Consumer Banking, for improving/ developing products and services to suite customer's requirement and need resulting in increased customer satisfaction;
  • Understand all the process of the Bank to provide the efficiency and fast service to the customer,
  • Identify potential customer and understand their business to recommend the appropriate product;
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solution to the customer and also to keep update to the department head and work with related stakeholder to improve service and keep good relationship with the customer;
  • Follow guideline in order to ensure the document comply with policy and procedure;
  • Prepare the accurately report on time;
  • Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved,
  • Assist line manager, department head for other tasks as needs;
  • Gathers market and customer information to analyze and report the success/effectiveness of target advertising campaigns, special events/promotions;
  • Ensure strictly adhere to the Bank's code of Conduct, regulations, working guidelines, instruction, HR policy and other procedure.


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required;
  • At least 2 or 3-years working experience in financial industry or similar position; Corporate banking and transactional banking experience will be a plus;
  • Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing in English are necessary;
  • (Knowledge in Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Mandarin will be a plus)
  • Computer literacy, Khmer and English Typing, MS Word, Excel, Power Point;
  • Drive for result and customer service oriented;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self and team motivated and high commitment.
