DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY

  • Consolidate the report and update in daily,weekly and monthly Follow up action point with branches after receiving workfrom Head Regional/ Head of Department: such as
  • Tracking Staff resign Staff movement
  • Tracking Motor allowance (Motor 6 years before current year, Difference model)
  • Follow up Staff Probation, Confirm later, JG, ID card & Staff not yet fulfill personnel document to ER Team.
  • Cross sale report, QR stand report, Loan arrears report and Credit review report.
  • Collect, Process, Follow up action point with Branches (Collect exit interview from resignation staff and justify the roof cause of the resignation and recommend to Head Regional within 2 days upon receiving resignation application.  E-mail,Phone to follow up with branches pass information to right or in-charge person).
  • Document, Processing arrangement & Review in daily, weekly, monthly and Yearly
  • (Annual BSC result and BSC planning all staffs, special rate (Fixed, ITT, OTT, Waive CHQ call confirm, Free CHQ Book,Local Transfer, else), Travel request for BM, staffs PIP, staff back-up allowance, staffs long sick leave, Staff movement, staffs declaration and process the request from branches such as multi-request to cross department to provide effective and timely administrative service maintenance equipment personal archives to ensure smooth administration process).
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management(Translate any documents (proposal, request, memo, guidelines, slide presentation typing document, Translate, Print, Scan, Copies   and report to right person).
  • Regional Head Assessment of work
  • Responsible to perform the duties that assign by Head of Regional Branch for Provincial West Region.
  • Assist other staff /Department in some administrative work to work constructively and cooperatively with other members of the team
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management
  • Keep confidential information of Division & Bank, Performance comply with bank policy
  • Perform other assignment request by line managers

QUALIFICATION

  • Have Bachelor Degree in Banking / Marketing / Management.
  • Have experience in banking at least 2 years.
  • Have excellent relationship and sale skill.
  • Good at Excel, Word.
  • Problem solving skill.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Exceptional office computing skills – MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
