  • In-charge for preparation of project budget and costing related to Command Centre operation.
  • Monitoring project budgeting and spending throughout the operation activities.
  • Overseeing Command Centre and Data Centre to ensure all functions are operating normally.
  • Monitoring and ensuring that all the systems, applications and infrastructure are available and working properly to support business and operation activities.
  • Providing 24x7 support for all production systems, incl. logging and following up related issues up to closure.
  • Managing day-to-day activities of shifts-based Command Centre activities.
  • Managing and maintain the key processing indicators and reporting on the statistics.
  • Working closely with manager of other IT units to ensure efficient supports of IT systems and applications.
  • Keeping Head of IT Operation informed of issues and potential impact of deployment schedules.
  • Implementing processes and procedures that would improve Command Centre service level.
  • Maintaining documentation of daily checklists to ensure that all tasks are being completed.
  • Coordinating and communicating new system/application deployment with IT Project Management unit.
  • Providing access to production environment for production deployment/release and troubleshooting based on approval from authorized management.
  • Managing Production Control team and in-charge of resources rostering/shift plan and management.
  • Ensuring that Production Control team has the necessary skills and knowledge via training and upskilling activities.
  • Providing support for any project reporting to management.
  • Supporting and providing required info for any audit activities.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.


  • 4+ years of experience in production control, incident management and Command Centre roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures; ability to manage emergency situations while handling normal Command Centre functions.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail in processing information.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English and Khmer).
  • Fluency in Chinese language is an added point.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
