DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Interact with all levels of management and be able to document existing processes, simplify system and process flow adapting into new concept of automation.
  • Revamp manual processes with paperless and without human interaction approach to accommodate the entire bank operations activities under regulation compliance and governance.  
  • Develop RPA, Tableau and other automation platforms as necessary.  
  • Improve people productivity and effective cost management through RPA and AI tool implementation
  • Build Center of Excellence to manage RPA, Tableau, CRM, Online Approval System and Central Hub.
  • Identify opportunity to improve work processes, enhance quality of customer service experience by leveraging people productivity and raising the digital awareness.
  • Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, scope measurements and change management activities.
  • Champion process improvement methodologies and work closely with policy & operational control and relevant stakeholders to influent the integration of new and existing business frameworks.
  • Introduce the appropriate tool management such as Lean 6sigma and other methodologies which can be applied to the operations process revamp exercises.
  • Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks, costs
  • Lead Process Re-engineering Office with leadership experiences and performance culture-based practice to deliver the bank’s transformation strategy and achieve the process automation objective.  
  • Collaborate with HR to initiate proper training material and regularly conduct training to inspire people culture change and users acceptant experiences through digital transformation.    
  • Any adhoc assignment by head of services center.

QUALIFICATION

  • 7 years progressive experience in business improvement and performance measurement projects
  • Demonstrated track record of reengineering business processes and driving adoption across an organization/department
  • Clear understanding of business process streamlining methodologies
  • Accredited in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology
  • Has managed functional processes and policies and/or projects
  • Experience of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and fluent in Khmer are necessarily required and be able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coaching, verbal and written communication skills, as well as tact, diplomacy and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to manage key stakeholder expectations, concerns, and to identify and mitigate project risk as required, in person and virtually
  • Viewed as a trusted advisor with a successful track record in building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Effective internal consulting skills along with the ability to positively influence others in a desired direction to achieve identified outcomes without direct lines of authority
  • Ability to lead the team and work under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
