DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Plan, strategize, lead and manage the digital product roadmap for Canadia Bank which requires working with cross-functional teams to execute and roll-out all site maintenance and innovations to local and international markets.
- Drive UX/UI excellence to increase conversion and engagement; constantly looking for new ways to improve the Canadia bank onsite experience.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver key ecommerce and other digital marketing programs and collaborate with Consumer Banking (Product Development), Marketing (Product Marketing), Solutions & Development (GA/ GTM) and Data solution center.
- Develop clear policies & guidelines that explain program strategy and detail how to roll-out new innovations at the country market level.
- Partner with Development/Engineering teams to ensure all new site innovations are successfully delivered and rolled-out - aligned with original specs, on-time, and within budget.
- Act as a key BD lead in identifying opportunities & gap that could benefit digital division & Canadia
- Adapt and cultivate a 'data-obsessed' mindset across teams so that we can better understand our consumer and their journey to purchase.
- Always-on analysis of KPIs/customer journeys to monitor and maximize effectiveness/ROI of both existing features and services as well as identify new opportunities.
- Synthesize and share key learnings and insights from consumer site behavior to inform cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Creative, Education, etc.).
QUALIFICATION
- BA/BS required, accounting / finance certification is a PLUS.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in leadership role, UI/UX, Products, E-commerce
- Strong product and project management skills particularly on digital & e-commerce.
- Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles to build product and deliver results
- Experience working cross-functionally to build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and application - branding, advertising, CRM, analytics, and SEO.
- Ability to synthesize data into insights experience tracking /reporting ecommerce data, such as site performance/KPI's, consumer analytics, etc.
- Passion for user-centric design; commitment to research, competitive analysis, user/stakeholder reviews, and analytics to inform the brand site strategies.
