DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead existing team for ATM maintenance, installation, and ATM/ Self-Service Machine (SSM) security;
- Follow up new ATM installation to be completely on timeline or plan and un-plan from management assigns;
- Set up or maintenance ATM and SSM project, alarm guard, CCTV and other system that is being used in ATM and SSM;
- Work collaboratively with ATM and SSM vendor or other system development, security protection, safe-guarding ATM and SSM, and new technology upgrading effectively;
- Manage up with ATM and SSM technical team to support and solve related issue with ATM and SSM projects and system;
- Work collaboratively and closely with team to improve ATM and SSM hardware and software;
- Provide coaching and training to improve team’s capacity and ability to work and deal related issue with ATM and SSM;
- Produce and submit monthly ATM and SSM report to Head for his review;
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other equivalent fields;
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in on ATM and Self-Service Machine (SSM) technical and security;
- Proven strong project management and planning
- Excellence interpersonal skills, build good work relationships and drive effective communications with colleagues, senior management and external vendor;
- Proactive, passionate, self-confident, able to work under pressure, and quality-oriented;
- Proficiency of English communication for both verbal and written;
- Proficiency in MS. Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) is required.
