Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking)

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Deliver to customers with effective and efficient banking products and services.
  • Ensure proper data entries and transactions of products and services provided to customers.
  • Handle cash.
  • Prepare routine records and reports required by supervisor and/or manager.
  • Must perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION

  • Hold Bachelor Degree or pursuing year 2th Semester 2 in English, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Must have good command in both spoken and written in English, Khmer and Chinese.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Past relevant working experience will be an advantage, but fresh from university are also welcome.
  • Willing to work under pressure and over time.
