DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Enhancement of Employee Experience / Engagement &Branding

          ·       To support in generating the content in Learn &Engage (per go-live) system to drive high-engagement culture such as coaching,career development, learning, and HR policies

          ·       To support in conducting monthly new-hires survey and analyze the result for new employee experience satisfaction

          ·       To participate in implementing Quarterly/Semesterly Engagement Survey through LMS (per go-live)

          ·       To work with all related parties to smoothen the processes and be able to provide good support and work collaboration aimed at enhancement of employee experience

          ·       To support in driving high performance &recognition culture

          ·      Drive engagement and promote employer brand to attract talents internally and externally via engagement activities, HR Newsletter, Business Newsletter, …etc.

  • Work Productivity and Collaboration

          ·      Recommend for policy and process improvement aimed at employee satisfaction and improvement of service turnaround time.

          ·      Participate in the process of implementing new policy development, and other HR projects if required 

  • Team Management

          ·      Manage and guide the subordinate to process and manage the works properly and in an effective manner following the bank’s policies and procedures

         ·      Able to lead, advise, guide,and support the team to perform effectively and efficiently

  • Reports

          ·      Be able to produce the operational reports in a monthly basis and when needed

           ·      Ability to analyze the report and interpret the data into realistic presentation

  • Other any tasks will be assigned from time to time by Direct Line Manager.


QUALIFICATION

  • At least 5 years experiences in HR supervisory position
  • Knowledgeable about the Cambodian Labor Law
  • Well-understanding in general about HR processes and workflows
  • Good communication, team work, and attention to details
  • Be able to lead, supervise, and guide the team efficiently and effectively
  • Good computer literacy (Ms. Office), Internet, and Email
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
