DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for the whole development process in Young Professional Banker (YPB) Program;
Prepare training schedule
Facilitate in training – not limited to in-class and virtual training program
Work with relevant departments/branches to arrange on-job-training
Follow up on-the-job training progress and summarize into report
Monitor and develop the program
- Support all programs in Talent Development and Management functions;
- Coordinate and facilitate learning courses of relevant programs and training;
- Research for suggestion to enhance programs in Talent Development and Management function;
- Other tasks assigned byline manager / Head of Learning & Development
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Banking, Education,Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Experience in Banking and Microfinance sectors is a plus;
- Computer literacy i.e. Khmer and English Typing, Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point;
- Strong commitment and good communication skills;
- English competency.
