DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Review and provide strong justification on appealing cases before recommending to management for decision
  • Collect relevant information to support appeal case and highlight to management for decision making
  • Conduct necessary site visit to collect additional information and assessment to support branch request
  • Coordinate with Credit team for appealing application to make sure approval is on time with reasonable timeline
  • Assist support manager in running application to all relevant stakeholders to get appeal application sign
  • Prepare memorandum and communicate to branches
  • Keep track on the appealing performance and report to management on regular basic.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Qualifications and Requirements

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Economic, Management.
  • At least 2 years experience in banking/microfinancing especially involving with segments of SME, commercial banking, or branch management
  • Experiences in lending, or credit, or credit assessment is a must.
  • High commend in communication and negotiation skills
  • Good relationship network, especially within banking industry
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inferences.
  • Skill in presentation and problem solving is advantages.
