DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Monitor consumer banking (H.O) sale plan to meet target.
  • Drive team to minimize delinquent loan and maximize business revenue stream.
  • Provide clear guidance and leadership for team to implement to achieve the target.
  • Manage and Support sale department to ensure daily operation and process for customers to close the deal.
  • Oversee, monitor, feedback to each individual for better performance.
  • Build relationships and network with all related business units to on board new customers.
  • Provide coaching, conduct training and update the strategic orientation of selling skills to teams.
  • Monitor and control loan documentation and filing management.
  • Monitor on Consumer Banking implement action of Internal Audit finding and Business Quality Control to meet satisfaction of audit rating.
  • Support and engage in the development of marketing plan as needed.
  • Support sale team to maintain good relationship with customers, dealers and relevant local authorities.
  • Support sale team to provide good services and build strong relationship, trust to maintain existing customer.
  • Support sale team on handling customer's complaints and take appropriate actions to solve the problem.
  • Provide special services such as End Purchaser Finance for clients or project with more specialized loans.
  • Create and analyze management information and report to Head of Consumer Banking Division
  • Set direction to negotiate payment arrangements with delinquency customers.
  • Review on Secured, Unsecured, VEF loan and approved on loan cases base on DOA.
  • Back up Head of Consumer Banking Division during absent as per approved DOA.
  • Engage in and support all the bank activities as assigned.
  • Enhance on internal process and propose for any amendment to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
  • Support Head of Consumer Banking in developing strategic road map for Consumer Lending business.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or relevant fields. Master Degree is preferable. o Working experience in Consumer Loan related or related area at least 8 years.
  • Ability to work effectively and build a great team to work cooperatively.
  • Organized and result driven with ability to understand customers’ need and relevant solutions. o Self and team motivated and high commitment.
  • Good at English both written verbal and communication, Chinese is preferable. o Good command in excel, date base, office computing skills, PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a team with around 60 people.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, problem solving.
