DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Explore new mechanism/strategies to drive the card business and merchant service for effective performance.
  • Plan and implement the card and merchant promotion/campaign.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and branches to push sale to meet the campaign target.
  • Monitor the promotion/campaign performance, measure, and evaluate after signing off.
  • Monitor the competitor’s promotion activities and analysis to create the competitive action plan.
  • Collaborate with Canadia Bank group companies and potential merchant (IM/OM) to package card and merchant benefits/privileges (Managing all Agreements with Merchants).
  • Cooperate with International Brands such as VISA, Master Card, UPI…. to seek for collaboration to promote and increase number of cards issuing, spending volume and improve benefits and privileges.
  • Create customers care and retention program/strategies to improve our card usage and increase number of merchants.
  • Monitor card product & merchant feedback on product requirement from front line and local market including product specifications functionality, pricing etc.
  • Monitor on card product and merchant analytic and customer experiences.
  • Provide Training/Briefing Campaign/Program/Promotion to cross divisions and branches to increase culture of cross sale and support the card and merchant business goals.
  • Other tasks assigned by Department Head.


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or relevant fields. Master Degree is preferable.
  • Working experience in consumer loan products or related area at least 5 years.
  • Ability to work effectively and build a great team to work cooperatively.
  • Self and team motivated and high commitment
  • Good in English both written and verbal communication, Chinese is preferable.
  • Good command in excel, date base, office computing skills, PowerPoint presentation skills.
