Channel Marketing Specialist (Digital Channel Banking)

  • To drive number of customers using CNB’s products and services under digital channel banking such as Offline & Online Payment, Card Center, Canadia Bank App,ATM & VTM, and more.
  • To work closely with each business owner of CNB’s products and services
  • To prepare on competitor landscape for each product and service.
  • To develop marketing mechanic to promote the awareness and usage of the product and service.
  • To make sure every product going to market has been briefed to relevant departments for support within timeline and budget.
  • To keep tracking on the performance of the products and services aiming to identify necessary action needed.


  • University degree, preferably in marketing, business management or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales planning from financial industry or FMCG
  • Familiar with data analysis and market research
  • Ability to work with cross functional departments and external partners
  • Proactive to propose new idea with ability to present the concept
  • Proficiency in English
