DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Establish security and compliance, goals and objectives to align with business operation and NBC requirement.
- Help to define strategies, metrics and reporting mechanisms of IT security
- Work with internal and external auditors to facilitate the auditing/assessment activities
- Conduct review and check IT system for security compliance
- Provide security standard and best practice to protect IT system
- Handling security incident and report to management in timely manner
- Managing and investigating security violations and breaches
- Assist in develop business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning
- Act as advisor to IT team on security and compliance
- Assist in develop and provide security training and campaigns to enhance staff’s awareness
- Research new security threat and vulnerabilities and implement necessary preventive control
- Produce annual reports and submit to directly manager for review on time
- Contribute to the achievement of bank objectives and goals
- Undertake other work as assigned by direct manger.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years IT work experience in Network &Technical with exposure to multi-platform environments
- Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities
- Cisco Certified Network Association, Firewall Management,Windows and UNIX System. Application security is a plus.
- Great Team Player, good inter personal skills, good communications, and decision making skills.
