- Look into digital needs for customer deposit in target segments and work closely with online team to deliver those customer needs.
- Work closely with Marketing Team to launch all deposit marketing campaign & promotions.
- Actively use and get hands on digital banking products/services experience by focusing on user friendliness and actual customer experience.
- Promote payment thru digital channel to expand payment ecosystem such as QR pay and POS etc.
- Actively review new offer and services of competitors to set up campaign and strategy.
- Mystery shopping key competitors digital banking, their products and services to further improve CNB offering.
- Initiates new ways or new products/ services to reach out to younger generations customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Relations, or related field, Finance and Banking, or related field.
- At least 2 year experience in banking sector preferably in branch operation, product management.
- A strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenge.
- Creative new idea and exploration new products/service to reach out younger generation.
- Strong customer service and result-oriented personality.
- High initiative,commitment, good communication and problem solving skills.
- Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
