DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide superior and consistent services and transactions proving to customers via online service.
  • Assist on customer account maintenance (Bakong, Mobile Banking & Internet Banking,…).
  • Ability to understand customer’s needs and provide appropriate digital solutions.
  • Perform online KYC & AML Checking (half / full KYC)
  • Digital products sale & services for more cross sell and referral.
  • System admin support (block, release, user setup, delete)
  • Ensure the implementing of bank’ regulation, policies, procedures, manual, working guidelines.
  • Assist customers enquirers and complaint with proper escalation for solution.
  • Understand the market situation and new technology related to online services.
  • Perform any haddock tasks as assigned by line manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing 2nd years in Banking and finance.  
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in customer service or sale.
  • Be able to work with sift arranging, weekend and holiday  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Microsoft Words, Excel, Email, Online, Facebook, Telegram, Video conference.
