- Support Head of Marketing Planning & Corporate Communication in planning & execution of merchant acquisition strategy and analysis.
- Manage and build a strong sales team to acquire target merchant for the bank digital product, POS,QR Pay, and WeChat Pay.
- Drive acquisition of independent merchants and refer organized merchant to Digital Product Channel Manager (OM) and vice versa.
- Recruit, train and develop Digital Product Channel Officer/Executive to effectively and efficiently acquire merchant.
- Support Digital Product Marketing Manager in providing input for marketing program for merchant acquisition in targeted hotpot area that align with MB consumer acquisition/activation.
- Provide input to Digital Product Marketing Program for Mobile Banking as and when relevant.
- Other tasks relevant to Digital Product Channel Team or assigned by department head.
- Bachelor degree in relevant field with some sales experience or High school diploma with provenrecord of work experience in managing a sales team successfully.
- Personality –pleasant with customer; firm with subordinate.
- Ability to engage and inspire people (supervise and customers)
- Result driven -focus on quantity and speed.
- Good in planning and execution and adapt according to situation.
- Be accountable ingesting job done.
- Good command of English or Chinese is a plus.
- Acceptable office computing skills
