E-Commerce Specialist, Consumer Banking

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assists to coordinate with other departments for relevant products, services, and processes improvement and digitization;
  • Consolidates and documents user requirements from product owners and various parties by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated accurately into business requirement document for digital projects;
  • Prepares test scripts, conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT), and review test results with related departments to resolve defects and problem encountered;
  • Works collaboratively with related departments about standard process instruction/guideline for subsequent roll outs of digital banking products;
  • Supports the activities of project roll out with product owners such as communication plans, product training and/or refreshment to customers, branch staffs and stakeholders;
  • Keeps up-to-date with digital trends and assess the solutions to identify and refine the existing customer journey;
  • Other tasks will be assigned by Head of department/line manager.


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking, or any related fields
  • Experience in digital banking and project management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management and process flow tool
  • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
