DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Close partnering with assigned Department/ Division to oversee the workforce planning with up-to-date headcount monitoring.
  • Ensure monthly vacancies reports are produced timely.
  • Engage actively in talent acquisition activities in consultation with hiring managers as well as recruitment team.
  • Work with employees and line managers to understand the key objectives and operations, performance and productivity, employee engagement, training and development needs within the business unit.
  • Support and engage employees and line managers in activities that nurture high productivity and engagement through performance evaluation, performance improvement plan, “employee engagement check-in” and “employee satisfaction survey”.
  • Ensure employee’s probation and performance evaluations are properly conducted, completed and communicated by Department/ Division following the HR policies.
  • Coordinate the internal staff movements, talent management, succession planning, and rewarding/ retention program.
  • On-going consult with HRBP Manager to professionally giving the HR solutions as one shop services to ensuring that all people matters are on time communicated and action in line with expectations of Department/ Division.
  • Engage with employees to oversee their feedbacks and concerns reflecting to Bank’s policies and management then propose new initiatives/refinement to Manager in order to drive excellence performance/ program.
  • Conduct employee exit interview to understand the root cause of resignation analyze and interpret information collected from employees to propose solutions to Manager and related stakeholders for employee retention and improvement in employee engagement.
  • Participate in employee relations matter related to both soft and hard issues assigned by HRBP Manager, such as employee grievance and disciplinary action.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent in related field.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in HR.
  • Strong communications, presentation, interpersonal and good analytical skills.
  • Flexible, patient, high committed, able to work under pressure and multiple tasks per deadlines.
  • Knowledge in Labor Law and regulation is a PLUS.
  • Good command of English.
  • Highly motivated, committed ad good communication.
