DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Collecting Market, Industry, Economic, Social,     Competitors’ Data from various data sources.  
  • Develop records management data processes and     policies.
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and     automation of work processes
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes.
  • Identify, evaluate and implement external     services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
  • Produce and track business key performance     indicators.
  • Develop and support reporting processes.
  • Monitor and audit data quality.
  • Gather, understand and document detailed     business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Design and carry out online surveys and analyze     survey data.
  • Manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data     sets relating to the Digital's business including Merchant, POS, Credit     Card, QR Code etc.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external     audiences using business analytics reporting tools like Power BI etc.  
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and     visualizations when needed.
  • Provide sector and competitor bench marking.
  • Mine and analyze large data sets, draw valid     inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.    
  • Managing & Analyzing Business Intelligence     Data from the market.  
  • Tracking and Analyzing Web & Mobile     Banking, Social Media traffic to understand about our consumer behavior;     then make recommendation about business improvement, development to     capture every opportunity you could identify.
  • Do market need prediction for future products     and service development.
  • Work closely with other team (Data, IT, Business, Marketing etc.) for successfully project delivery

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistic, Marketing, Business,or related field.
  • Preferably at least 4 to 6 years’ experience working in data analytics roles.
  • Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools – Power BI etc
  • Experience with Mobile app and analytics tools, e.g. Fire base.
  • Digital marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
  • Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to     understand from audients in every level.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Communication skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in English
