DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Working closely with division head in planning and strategizing budget, products, and roll outs.
- Constantly monitoring the market and always seek for new innovations that can improve division & bank.
- Preparing proposal by analyzing and putting details of relevant components of projects.
- Work closely with development team to follow up the status of projects and products.
- Ensure a smooth development in accordance to timeline and completion date.
- Predict and being proactive on challenges and obstacles that may hinder the project timeline.
- Always plan ahead and be well prepared for GTM of each product and service.
- Ensure a successful launch of the product with projected outcomes.
- Be flexible when facing challenges before, during or after the launch.
QUALIFICATION
- University graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Digital or equivalent;
- At least 5 years in a project management or business planning role;
- Proficient in technology discovery, application and implementation;
- Competent in go to market strategies and be able to differentiate effectively;
- Presentable, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, mature, independent with excellent decisionmaking skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation;
- Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability;
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
