Minimum Requirements:

  • Hold Bachelor Degree or pursuing year 4th Semester 2 in English, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, fresh graduated is preferable
  • Must have good command in English, Khmer, and Chinese is a plus
  • Past relevant working experience will be an advantage
  • Be willing to work under pressure and over time
  • Able to work shift time.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer’s inquires through incoming call
  • Cross sale products and services to customers and refer them to related department
  • Complaint handling
  • Must perform other duties as assigned.
