Introduction for using Hypercom TP7 Express Master

| Payment Process Card Chip |
- Insert the card by turning chip up and insert to the right hand side
terminal.
- Wait for terminal test card to complete and then enter the amount for
spending.
- After that, press Enter Key (The transaction will connect to Canadia Bank)
- In case card chip has PIN, please ask cardholder to Enter PIN and then
press key ENTER. After cardholder enters the PIN, the cardholder doesn't
have to sign on sale slip.
- In case chip card has no PIN, Cardholder must sign on sale slip .
- In case chip card error or broken, the Terminal will display Fall Back,
then take the card from inserting place, and do Swiping by turning
Magnetic Stripe to the right hand side down. Cardholder must sign
on sale slip.
- After the transaction is approved, let the cardholder signs on the
Sale Slip (1st for Bank copy; 2nd for Merchant Copy; 3rd for Cardholder)

Void Processing (In case the cardholder(s) want to get money back or when there is a confusion)

- First, press VOID Key
- Then enter Password (4 digits) and press Enter Key
- Enter the Trace Number printed on the sale slip
- Finally, press Enter Two times; the transaction
should be successfully voided.

Settlement Processing (Close Batch) - Submit transaction to Bank |
- Press SETTLEMENT Key
- Then enter Password (4 digits)
- Press Enter key (check the money if it is correct or not)
- If correct, press Enter. (The bank will transfer the money into your
account on the next day)
